BELLE JACOB, 95, former Detroiter , of Portland, Ore., died Aug. 28. Mrs. Jacob was a co-owner of the women's specialty store on Livernois known as Belle Jacob Shop. She is survived by her children, Dr. Stanley Jacob of Portland and Rita Selburn of West Bloomfield; many grandchildren and great-grandchil- dren. Services were held in Portland. IRVING KOPER, 80, of West Bloomfield, died Sept. 4. For over 40 years, Mr. Koper was an executive at Camera Mart in Pontiac. He was a sergeant in the Army during World War II and was stationed in New Zealand. Mr. Koper was a member o fl B'nai B'rith and its bowling league, member and past officer of B'nai Isra' and an original member of Photographic Research.
