Rick Bloom Gives Talk Rick Bloom, Host of WXYT's "Money Talk," will be the guest speaker at the 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, dinner meeting of the Temple Beth El Sisterhood. A lecturer for many civic and professional organizations, Bloom writes a daily column for the De- troit News and frequently ap- pears on WXYZ TV, Channel 7, as a financial correspondent.
