ZOA'S PRESTIGIOUS JUSTICE LOUIS D. BRANDEIS AWARD

Distinguished attorney and civic leader, Mr. Miller is a Senior Partner with the.law
firm of Lopatin, Miller, Freedman, Bluestone, Herscovic, Heilman and Domol. He has •
held top positions in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and in the Michigan
Trial Lawyers Association. Cited by the New York Law Journal as "one of the top tort
litigators in the United States". Mr. Miller also served as Adjunct Professor at the
University of Detroit Law School. More recently. he was the recipient of the first
"Champion of Justice" award by the Aiichigan Trial Lawyers Association. A committed
friend and supporter of Israel, Mr. Aliller currently serves as Co-Chairman of the Aletro
Detroit Attorney Division of State of Israel Bonds.
