Magazine Celebrates With Variety Children's Charity magazine presented "Now & Then — A Cele- bration of 25 years" fash- ion show to benefit Variety, the Children's Charity. The sold-out event was hosted by Jacobson's in Birmingham. Patrons enjoyed a strolling re- ception on the first floor of Ja- cobson's before the fashion show began on the second level of the store. Some of the collections included Giorgio Armani, Chanel, Missoni, Ralph Lauren and St. John. Glamorous furs from Yves Saint Laurent were part of the fashion show fi- nale.
