time phone number of the sender. Please include the date of birth, baby's name,
patents' and sibling names and cities of residence for the baby's family and grand-
parents. Announcements received by 10 a.m. Monday will be considered for
that Friday's paper, but space limitations may delay publition.

Bar/Bat Miavah photographs must be submitted with a typewritten. double-
s ,aced announcement on 8-1/2" x 11" paper. Please include name, address and
