born and Maryland-bred David Byrne has, since going solo from
the Talking Heads, formed his own label, Luaka Bop, been ac-
cused of religious appropriation for his work and reintroduced
Cuban music to the United States after a 20-year ban. Now, in
support of his new album, Feelings, Byrne will appear Monday,
