two performances.
The orchestra will perform
at 7 p.m. tonight at Warren
Woods Middle School in Ster-
ling Heights, where a variety
of works will be featured. The
symphony's final two con-
certs will be at the camp in
Twin Lake at 4 p.m.
Saturday with a radio
broadcast at 8 p.m.
Cassette tapes of
the final performances
also will be available.
Founded in 1966,
Blue Lake offers pro-
grams in music, dance,
art and theater.

families in all the European
cities they visited.

placed in all events. She took
first place in solo jazz, ballet en-
semble and large tap production.

comedic classic Gilda
Live, a film version of
Gilda Radner's Broad-
way hit. The show fea-
tures some of Radner's
most beloved characters
and skits.
During the show, Gil-
da's Club volunteers will
accept calls at (800) 601-
1154 for donations to
Gilda's Club, a free non-
profit cancer support
community which will
open its home on
Rochester Road in Royal
Oak when renovations
are complete later this
year.
Tickets may also be pur-
chased that night for the
Aug. 24 Gilda's Club ben-
efit performance of The
Lion Laughs Tonight, pre-
sented by the Motor City
Women of Comedy. Tick-
ets are also available
through Ticketmaster at
Hudson's, Harmony House and
Blockbuster Music or through Gil-
da's Club at (248) 851-6557.
