Abrams Weinstock (Borach
Avrum) from Nizhny Novgorod,
Russia. Benjamin was welcomed
home by many family members,
including his thrilled grandpar-
ents Shirley and Ray Abrams of
Oak Park and Marty and Fae We-
instock of Southfield. Great-
grandmothers are Belle Wein-
stock of Miami Beach, Fla., and
Rose Klaper of Oak Park. Ben-
jamin is named in memory of his
paternal great-grandfathers Ben
Weinstock and Abraham Klaper
and in honor of his maternal fam-
ily name.

JUNE 20— Dr. Steve and Sher-
ri (Hemmi) Wolf are proud to an-
nounce the birth of their son Gar-
rett Mason (Shy Ben-Zion).
Welcoming him home is very ex-

Maxwell, age 2 1/2 years. Shar-

Mitzvah Group
Hosts Dinner

The Mitzvah Hadassah group
will sponsor a dinner and ice-
cream social 6:30 p.m. Wednes-
day, Aug. 13, at the West Bloom-
field home of Wendi Zupmore.
This is the group's opening mem-
bership event; current, inactive
and prospective members are
encouraged to attend.
The evening will feature door
prizes, dinner, build-your-own
sundae bar and the opportunity
