County. Before that, he
served as director of fi-
nance for Southfield
Public Schools and di-

Burns describes Ar-
mada as a "very warm,
friendly farming com-
munity," situated 20
miles north of Mt.
Clemens. The school dis-
trict covers 95 square
miles and includes ap-
proximately 1,700 stu
dents.
