Within the next three years, the DMC will invest

operating rooms. Ultimately, enabling the services

and physicians of Grace and Sinai to join together at

the current Sinai Hospital location on Outer Drive.

With over 500 beds and numerous outpatient ser-

vices, this consolidation will not only enhance their

existing capabilities, but allow them to offer a broad-

er range of care as well.

During the construction, there will be no loss of ser-

vice to the community and patients will continue to

receive care from their DMC doctors at each loca-

tion. And, as part of the DMC, the new Grace-Sinai

Hospital will benefit from the research and innova-

tion of Wayne State University. Also, you can count

on the new hospital to be sensitive to the needs of

all religious and ethnic traditions, including the

Jewish practices currently associated with Sinai.

So whether you're currently a patient of a Grace or

Sinai physician or are thinking about becoming one,

we want you to know that a new door will be open-

ing. Behind it, you'll find compassionate care and a

strong commitment to the community. The same
