The dedication ceremony for the William Davidson School for the Management of Technology-Based Industries at the Technion-
Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa took place recently. The school is being established through a $30 million gift from

Jack Rubin has been re-elected
president ofAdat Shalom Syna-
gogue for the 1997-98 year.
Mr. Rubin has been an Adat
Shalom member and leader since
1974. He has served as board of
trustees member, House Com-
mittee chairman, Memorial Park
chairman, synagogue secretary,
treasurer, vice president, first
vice president and president
since the spring of 1996.
Also re-elected for the coming
season are first vice president,
Terran Leemis; vice president,
Beverly Liss; recording secretary,
Larry Wolfe; and treasurer, Paul
Magy. Elected to the syna-
gogues's executive committee-at-
large are Lori Issner, Allan
Nachman and David Schostak.
Newly elected board of trustees
members are: Ronald Charfoos,
Barbara Kappy and Larry
Roaind.
To serve on Adat Shalom's
Memorial Park Board of
Trustees for 1997-98 are: Melvyn
Foster, Paul Goldsmith, Richard
Ketchel and Ralph Woronoff.
