Kirith Rachel Bernstein and
William Scott Prady were mar-
ried recently at Villa Montana,
St. Thomas, United States Vir-
gin Islands. Rabbi Stephen A.
Schafer of the Hebrew Congre-
gation of St. Thomas in Charlotte
Amalie officiated.
Kirith is the daughter of Lily
Ellison of Los Angeles and Dr.
Bram Bernstein of Glendale,
Calif. Bill is the son of Susan
Prady of Berkley and Norman
Prady of Southfield.
Wedding participants includ-
ed the couple's parents and Cal-
ifornians Valerie Weisenfeld as
Kirith's maid of honor and Rob-

by Benson as Bill's best man. Cel-
ebrators included Kirith's broth-
ers, Eric and Daniel of California
and Bill's sister and brother-in-
law, Anne and Michael Sheehan,
and their eldest son, Matthew, 4
112, of Berkley.
Kirith, a graduate of the Uni-
versity of Southern California, is
doing post-graduate work in ed-
ucation at the University of Cal-
ifornia, Northridge. Bill is writer
and co-executive producer of an
upcoming ABC-TV series.
Following a week's sail in the
Caribbean, the couple returned
to their Los Angeles-area home.
