Luscious Lemonade
Treats
1 cup margarine or butter
I cup sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
6 oz.-can frozen lemonade
concentrate, thawed

Preheat oven to 375 de-
grees. In large bowl, beat but-
ter or margarine with electric
mixer until soft. Pour in sugar
and beat until fluffy. Add
eggs.
In separate bowl, com-
bine flour and baking
soda. Slowly add about
half the flour to butter
mixture. Beat well. Then
add half the lemonade and
stir. Add last half of flour
and mix again, until
ingredients are well com-
bined.
Make cookies of 1 tsp. of
dough and place on un-
greased cookie sheet (cookies
should be about 2" apart).
Bake for 10 minutes, until
slightly brown on the bot-
tom. Cool for 10 minutes,
then brush tops with remain-
ing lemonade and sugar
sprinkles, if desired. Makes
60 cookies.
