Volunteering at Yad Ezra, do-
nations to Jewish National Fund
and Mazon and babysitting at
Temple Israel were among her
mitzvah projects.
Sara attends Abbott Middle
School and enjoys music, travel
and rollerblading.

Donating to the Parkinson's
Disease Association was part of
her mitzvah project. Lauren's hob-
bies include the piano, traveling
and playing sports, specifically
basketball and softball. She is a
student at Clifford Smart Middle
School.

Selected as a member of De-
troit's Maccabi basketball team,
Jeff also volunteered for the
Wheelchair Olympics in basket-
ball at the Jewish Community
Center and donated to the cancer
fund as well as to the Sarah Fish-
er Home. He is a student at Ab-
bott Middle School and enjoys all

sports, especially tennis, basket-
ball and swimming.

She is the
daughter of
Mindy and Al Calderon, sister of
Gregory and grandchild of Ruthie
and Jerry Masel and the late Ana
Matilde Calderon and Hipolito
Calderon. She also is the great-
granddaughter of Frieda Scor-
nick.
Helping to feed the homeless
was an important aspect of her
mitzvah project and she is donat-
ing a portion of her babysitting in-
come to charity.
Ashley attends Bloomfield Hills
Middle School and her interests
include reading, writing poetry,
dance, music and sports.
