The Anti-Defamation League
Michigan Region recently honored
five women with the Women of
Achievement Award at a gain re-

ceived a lifetime award. Bettina

had to study 80 pages of informa-
tion on the case, which decided
whether or not Elvis Presley's
demise was a murder or acciden-
tal death. Some of the other team
members included Lindsey Hoff-
man, Jon Pepper and Jeremy
Schneider.
Mr. Mintz became involved in
the program when his daughter
Lisa was part of the team 12 years
ago.
MDC 20th Anniversary
The Michigan Design Center
(MDC) in Troy is celebrating its
20th anniversary. The City of Troy
recently honored MDC with a spe-
cial proclamation. The 210,000-
square-foot building has 43
independently owned showrooms
featuring fabrics, furniture,
kitchens, wall coverings, etc.
