BRENT, 88, of Southfield, died June 1. Dr. Brent graduated from Wayne State University Medical School after working as a pharmacist. Dr. Brent was a general practi- tioner and retired in 1968. He was the founder of Brent Hospi- tal in 1940, and after 1968 was an administrator until the hos- pital closed in the early 1980s. Dr. Brent was a member of the American Medical Associ- ation, Michigan State Medical Society, Wayne County Med- ical Society and was active with Phi Delta Epsilon Med- ical Fraternity.
