BURTON J. FRIEDMAN, 92,
of Pleasant Ridge, died May 24.
Mr. Friedman was an antique
dealer in the Mildred Friedman
Partnership.
He is survived by his sons and
daughters-in-law, Dr. Richard
Friedman and Marilyn Sarver of
West Bloomfield, Dr. Terry
Friedman of Leeds, England,
Dr. Thomas and Penny Fried-
man of Bethesda, Md.; grand-
children, Shoshana, Joshua and
Martha Friedman, Lieza and
Michael Zionts. Mr. Friedman
was the beloved husband of the
late Mildred Friedman.

ALEX GLICK, 91, of Holly-
wood, Calif, died May 23.
Mr. Glick was an attorney
practicing in Wyandotte and lat-
er in Ann Arbor. He was a world
traveler, enjoying trips to Eu-
rope, Australia and New
Zealand.
He is survived by his sister
Gussie Merkle of Southfield,
several nieces, a nephew and a
number of great-nieces and
nephews. He was the beloved
husband of the late Faye.
HYMAN GOODMAN, 88, of
Farmington Hills, died June 2.
Mr. Goodman was a chief
chemist at Revre Copper and
Brass. He was a board member
of the Southfield Library, a
member of the Institute of Re-
tired Professionals, a past choir
member of Sholom Aleichem In-
stitute and a lover of classical
music and sports.
Mr. Goodman is survived by
his wife, Celia Goodman; daugh-
ter and son-in-law, Rosalyn and
Eugene Katz of Ossing, N.Y.,
Margaret and Joel Shere of
West Bloomfield, Irene and Alex
Kamaroff of New York City,
Saralee and Robin Rund of Ply-
mouth; sister, Margaret Miller
of West Bloomfield; grandchil-
dren, David and Paul Katz, Je-
remy and Daniel Shere, Eliza-
beth and Robbie Kamaroff,
Lydia and Max Rund.

Southfield, died May 31.
She is survived by her hus-

ADOLPH L. GUDEMAN, 85,
of Deerfield Beach, Fla., former-
ly of Chicago, died May 29. Mr.
Gudeman was a World War II
veteran and later worked as an
engineering consultant on a va-
riety of national defense pro-
jects.
He is survived by his wife of
59 years, Eleanor; sons and
daughters-in-law, Leigh and
Ava Gudeman of Los Angeles,
Edward and Barbara Gudeman
of West Bloomfield; grandchil-
dren, Tracy, Dana and Jordyn.
Interment will be in Arlington
National Cemetery. Contribu-

E. JOHN KLEIN, 65, of Or-
mond Beach, Fla., formerly of
Detroit, died May 27.
He is survived by his wife,

ISADORE RICH, 76, of West
Bloomfield, died May 31. Mr.
Rich was an auto mechanic.
He is survived by his daugh-
ters, Ilene Tibbitts of California,
Rochelle Lewis; three grandchil-
dren; sister, Jean Wolfe of West
Bloomfield. He was the dear
brother of the late Louis Rich,
the late Ben Rich, the late Mor-
ris Rich and the late Esther
Schwartz.

NATHAN ROBBINS, 84, of
Southfield, died May 27. Mr.
Robbins was an executive and
the former owner of Max's Mar-
ket.

Eric Markey; brothers-in-law
