Two summer programs sponsored by the
Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit
and subsidized by individuals and
foundations will ensure memorable Israel
experiences for 46 Michigan students
interested in archeology and advanced
music study.

They are participants in the David Hermelin
Archeological Excavation at Zippori and the
Ulpana Israel Academy of Music summer
program. Both will take place in our
community's Partnership 2000 sister region
of the Central Galilee.

Federation is grateful to the generous
donors who have made these experiences
possible.
