its 30th anniversary and honors eight
senior hall of famers.

ack in 1967, Jewish Federation Apartments decided to
build the Anna and Meyer Prentis Federation Apartments
to provide low-income and market-rate housing to senior
citizens. Twelve years later, the second building of the 'same
name came up next door in Oak Park. Today, JFA opethtes five
apartment complexes — 616 units in total — on the Jewish Com-
munity Campuses in Oak Park and West Bloomfield.
On Sunday, over 250 people helped JFA ring in its 30th an-
niversary and celebrate the eight senior citizens who were chosen
for honors in the JFA's annual Eight Over Eighty competition.
There's no place like home. ❑
