The Cardozo Society will have a
luncheon program on "Jewish
Law and End of Life Issues" noon
Friday, June 6, at the Skyline
Club, Southfield.
Sponsored by the Jewish Fed-
eration of Metropolitan Detroit's
community outreach and educa-
tion department, the society pro-
vides legal professionals with
Jewish learning, involvement
and networking opportunities.
Guest speakers are Rabbi E. B. _
Freedman, director of Jewish hos-
pice services at the Hospice of
Southeastern Michigan; and
David Techner, director, Ira
Kaufman Chapel. U.S. District
Court Judge Bernard A. Fried-
man will moderate the program.
There is a charge of $20 per per-
son for dairy lunch. Kosher meals
will be available on request, ac-
companied by payment. Reser
vation deadline is Friday, May
30.
