Another Jewish area with
kosher eateries is just east of the
Paris Opera. Walking along Rue
Richer and Rue du Faubourg-
Montmartre, you can find sit-
down kosher Mexican, kosher
fast food and kosher pizza car-
ry-out. Yankees Cafe, a kosher
restaurant and tavern, offers an
array of Mexican entrees, in-
cluding chicken fajitas, beef bur-
ritos and enchiladas. The food is
of good quality and the prices
moderate.
Kosher restaurants can also
be found at various other points
throughout the city.

nown as the gastronomi-
cal capital of the world for
its heavy emphasis on
quality dining, Paris is an
epicure's delight.
However, in addition to the
typical French fare found in the
capital, other ethnic specialties
are prevalent. Paris has many
kosher restaurants throughout
the city. •
These are not limited to the
basic, standard fare found at
most American kosher restau-
rants; rather, they offer a wide
range of foods.
