Mr. Ahmed is executive direc- tor of ACCESS, the Arab Com- munity Center for Economic and Social Services. The program will feature outgoing Council Presi- dent Allan Zemmol, as he marks the end of his term. Council's elec- tion of officers and directors and the presentation of the Walter E. Klein Youth Awards will also take place. Howard I. Wallach has been nominated as council president. Vice presidential nominees are Robert Brown, Elaine Driker and Kathleen Straus.
