The following business will be conducted at the meeting: A resolution to amend the bylaws of the Women's Campaign and Education Department will be brought before the members. The President of the Women's Campaign and Education Department at her discretion and with the approval of the Executive Committee, may appoint to the Board of Directors, for a one-year term, one or more women serving in chairperson positions. The Women's Campaign and Education Department may also elect special honorary directors. Of the regularly elected directors, eighteen (18) shall be elected annually for a term of three (3) years each. No director shall serve more than two (2) consecutive terms unless she is either in office or Associate Campaign Chairperson in the last year of her second term, in which case she may be elected for an additional term. In addition, the chairwoman of the Women's Campaign and Education Department Allied Jewish Campaign shall serve a Board term of three (3) years following her tenure as Campaign Chairperson."
