Children tried their hand at
matzah-making at the JCC.

lour flew and pins rolled during an afternoon of matzah-
making at the Jewish Community Center last Sunday.
Children donned bakers hats and rolled up their
sleeves to re-create the experience of their ancestors'
Exodus from Egypt.
Yisroel Rosenblum ran the baking programs at the Maple-
Drake JCC from Sunday, April 6, to Sunday, April 13, show-
ing children how to make traditional shmura matzah.
