on Saturday, April 5. Rabbis
Groner and Bitran and Cantors
Najman and Rube will lead ser-
vices.
Participating in the services
will be Daniel's parents, Gina
and Arthur Horwitz, and his
brother and sister, Adam and
Stephanie. Grandparents Berta
and Philip Wesler of Lake
Worth, Fla., and Sally and Mor-
ton Horwitz of New Haven,
Conn., will attend.
Daniel is a seventh-grade stu-
dent at Hillel Day School. He en-
joys basketball, baseball and
playing the violin.

Ian Gross

Ian Gross will be called to the
Torah as a bar mitzvah on Sat-
urday, April 5, at Congregation
B'nai Moshe.
Ian is the son of Marty and
Suzy Gross and brother of Mol-
ly and Hannah. He is the grand-
son of Jerome and Sharon
Horwitz, Harold Gross and
great-grandson of Joseph New-
man. Ian also is the grandson of
the late Harriet Gross.
As a seventh-grade student at
Hillel Day School, Ian volun-
teered at Yad Ezra. He enjoys
rollerbiade hockey, baseball,
basketball, music and the
movies.
