APRIL 4, 1997 Dr. Nurnberger Speaks At Reception Dr. Ralph Nurnberger, senior counsel for Builders for Peace, will be the guest speaker at the Israel Bonds Parlor Reception being held as a prelude to the Israel Bonds Health Services Division Tribute Dinner honoring Dr. George Blum and Dr. Anthony Tersigni, 7 p.m. April 15, at the home of David B. Hermelin. Builders for Peace encourages private investment in the West Bank and Gaza. The organization includes both Jewish and Arab Americans and has the wide- spread support of Israel, the Pales- tinians and the U.S. government. In addition to his activities with Builders for Peace, Dr. Nurn- berger is an adjunct professor of Ralph Nurnberger diplomatic history and interna- tional relations at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He previously spent eight years with AIPAC, specializing in budget, arms sales, for- eign aid to Israel and peace-related issues. He also has served on the staff of the Foreign Relation Committee.
