Mr. Goodman was an engineer for Ford Motor Company. Mr. Greenbaum was the president and chief executive officer of Cadillac Meat Company that was founded by his father in 1918. Prior to World War II, Mr. Greenbaum practiced law for two years. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Greenbaum; sister, Eleanor Nord of Florida; broth- er-in-law and sister-in-law, Sarah Agree and Earle Kan- ners. Interment at Oakview Ceme- tery.
