Karate Camp is only offered at the

Maple/Drake building, and In-line Hockey is only offered at the JPM building.

Amy Freedman, the Director of Youth Services, facilitates all break day programming

at both JCC locations. Please call her at (810) 661-7687 for more information.

Break day programming occurs at the Maple/Drake & JPM buildings during school
breaks, including winter, mid-winter and spring breaks. The cost per day is $30 for
JCC members and $45 for non-members. Break days begin at 9:30 a.m. and end
at 3:30 p.m., with before and aftercare available at an additional cost. In addition,

FOR AGES 2ND-5TH GRADE

As the camp season approaches, JCC campers

will have an exciting new ropes course.

•The ropes course is located just outside Camp Ruth I, near the
perimeter of the woods.

• It is currently being completed by Cradlerock Outdoor Network, Inc. which
specializes in the construction & implementation of ropes course

activities.

•Children will participate in different elements of the course to gain an
appreciation for the outdoors while developing skills in problem solving,
bonding with other children and attaining more social skills.

•There are eight parts to the ropes course, including the barrel roll, tire
traverse, suspended log, and many more!
