remaining ingredients. Experi-
ment with the spices to taste.
Pour into greased, deep 9" x
13" glass-baking pan. It will
be very full. Bake at 400 de-
grees for 35 minutes, then
lower heat to 350 degrees
and bake another 30-35 min-
utes longer or until set and
browned. Serve hot or cold. \

small pieces, removing tough
stems. Place in large saute
pan for 2 to 3 minutes until
soft. Drain excess water.
Remove spinach to large
mixing bowl and cool for five
to 10 minutes. Stir in rp4S11-
rooms. Add salt, pepper,
chopped onion. Last, mix it
matzah meal and egg'whites.
Place in 9" x 13" spray coated
