She has lec- tured on management and technical English throughout Israel. She served as a special adviser to the minister of agriculture of women's entrepreneurship and small busi- nesses in the rural areas. She rep- resents the Moshav movement as a member of the board of directors of the Ruppin Institute as well as a member of the board of directors of Moshav Bet Herut.
