born Heights, died Feb. 24. Mr.
Fine. worked for the transporta-
tion department.
Mr. Fine is survived by his

neth Fine and Rebecca Canary
of Phoenix; daughter and son-in-
law, Corinne Fine and Kerry
Plague of Canton; grandchil-
dren, Parker and Lauracindy
Plague; sister, Evelyn Rosen;
brother and sister-in-law, Jim-
mie and Caroline Fine. He was
the beloved husband of the late
Gertrude Fine.
Interment at Beth Abraham

ANNA TILLIE GALLOP, 81,
of Southfield, died Feb. 23. Mrs.
Gallop was a secretary at an at-
torney's office.
She is survived by her daugh-
ters and sons-in-law, Gloria and
Larry Bennett of Troy, Barbara
and Ray Dever of New Jersey;
grandchildren, Craig, Kevin,
Michelle Bennett, Ethan, Sean
and Danielle Dever. Mrs. Gallop
was the beloved wife of the late
Mack Gallop.

ESTHER GOLDMAN, 79, for-
mer Detroiter of Scottsdale,
Ariz., died Feb. 24. She was a
member of the Jewish War Vet-
erans Women's Auxiliary.
She is survived by her daugh-
ters, Barbara Moretsky, Jackie
Beigler, and son, Steven Gold-
man, all of Scottsdale; sister,
Evelyn Tamaroff of Farmington
Hills; four grandchildren.
Graveside services were held
at Green Acres Cemetery,
Scottsdale. Contributions may

FLORENCE ROSE GOLD-
STEIN, 86, of Oak Park, died
Feb. 20. She was a retail clothes
buyer and a leader in the senior
Jewish community. She was a
hospice volunteer and an 8-
Over-80 nominee.
Mrs. Goldstein chaired the
Sunshine Committee at Teitel
Federation Apartments, knitted
lap covers to donate to nursing
homes, and baked cookies and
cakes for her fellow residents.
She is survived by her soil,
Alan Galper; nephew and niece,
Sidney and Carol Lifton of Bev-
erly Hills. She was the beloved
wife of the late Jerry; daughter
of the late Zaelick and Anna Lip-
schutz; sister of the late Morris,
Joe Lipschutz, Fred Lipson,
Frieda Cooperman, Sadie Baker
and Doris Rosenbaum.
Private services were held.
