Back on Seven Mile Road, Jim Brady bought his meat from Thompson and Cain, which sold out to Chicago Beef 10 years ago ... 42 years later, Matt still buys his meat from Chicago Beef salesman Tommy Thompson III, grandson of the meat company founder.
