KUDOS TO
HADASSAH

The Greater Detroit Chapter
of Hadassah recently donated
4,000 dolls to local hospitals for
pediatric patients, of which St.
Joseph Mercy Hospital in Oak-
land County was one. The cloth
dolls were dressed in hospital
gowns and have blank faces and
bodies which children can draw
on. Ile dolls provided children
‘vith therapeutic play which is
a means to actively play out and
participate in their medical
treatment," said Cindy Cohen,
child life coordinator at St.
Joseph Mercy Hospital.
