Bar/Bat Mitzvah

Temple Israel on Friday, Jan. 31.
She is the daughter of Linda
and Marc Siegler and sister of
Aaron. Grandparents are Florine
and Harold Rothenberg and
Elaine and Walter Siegler.
I ler mitzvah projects included
helping at a JARC facility and as-
sisting with the SOS Homeless
Shelter. Joni attends Walled Lake
Middle School and is interested
in reading, music, dance and
sports.

Michael L. Moskowitz will lead
the service.
Joining in the service will be
Kenneth and Carol Gluckman
and Josephine Gluckman. David's
brother, Michael, and his grand-
parents, Bert and Pearl Gluck-
man and Goldie Topper, also will
participate.
David is a student at Coving-
ton Middle School and enjoys ski-
ing, biking and karate.

Matthew Rosen

Matthew Brian Rosen will cele-
brate his bar mitzvah on Satur-
day, February 1, at Temple
Israel.
He is the son of Annette and
Lawrence Rosen, brother of
Randy Barber, Amy and Bruce
Rosen and grandchild of Doris
and Nat Coleman and the late
Moe Gantz, and Bella London
and the late Ben London and the
late Ben Rosen.
A student at Berkshire Middle
School, Matt enjoys skiing, mu-
sic, rollerblading and biking. He
has enjoyed participation in the
mitzvah program.

Stephanie Dorfman, daughter of
Dr. Michael and Shell Dorfman,
will become a bat mitzvah at
Congregation Shaarey Zedek
B'nai Israel Center on Feb. 1.
The service will be led by Rabbi
Leonardo Bitran, as well as
Stephanie's father, and her un-
cles, Marty Liebman and Sidney
Beshkin.
Sharing her Torah reading will
be Stephanie's sister Kim, her
brother Rick and her uncle,
Jonathan Liebman. Stephanie's
grandmother Joyce Dorfman and
her aunt Leah Fox will partici-
pate in the service. Stephanie is
also the granddaughter of Ceil
and Jerry Liebman, and the late
Saul Dorfman.
She is a seventh-grader at Hil-
lel Day School, where she enjoys
science and art.
