The Yiddish movie East and
West will be shown at 12:45
p.m. Monday, Feb. 3, at the Jim-
my Prentis Morris Jewish Com-
munity Center. There is no
charge.
Frances Weskel will perform
at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, in
Jaffe Hall. With his keyboard, he
will provide a musical journey
from the 1920s through the
1950s. There is a charge for non-
members.
Senior Adult Choir meets
every Monday at 12:30 p.m. The
woodcarving group meets 9 a.m.-
noon every Monday through Fri-
day.

The normal deadline for local news and
publicity items is noon Thursday, eight
days prior to issue date. The deadline
for out-of-town obituaries is 10 a.m.
Tuesday, three days prior to issue date.
