Lelli's of Auburn Hills, 885
Opdyke Road, Auburn Hills, 373-
4440. Like its sister restaurant in De-
troit, Lelli's of Auburn Hills is owned
and operated by the Lelli family, which
has been a tradition since 1939. The
same excellent food is prepared at this
locati6n across from the Silverdome.
Reservations are accepted for any day
except Saturdays, and are strongly
suggested for this newest in wonder-
ful Italian dining.

BERKLEY

Sila, 4033 W. 12 Mile, Berkley,
548-3650. Two brothers, Mike and
Al Bsharah, have vaulted Sila into a
top family Italian restaurant and pizze-
ria. Its pizza can be gotten square or
round, plus ribs, chicken, fish, salads,
pasta and other family delights that
include the big selling chicken parmi-
giana. Daily lunch and dinner spe-
cials are 7 days a week, and private
banquet space is available.

BLOOMFIELD HILLS

Beau Jack's. It's been open since
1976 and considered the favorite din-
ning and watering spot by many
people. They are considered like mem-
bers of the family by Gary and dad
Jack Cochran, who owned the West-
erner Beef Buffet on the same site be-
fore turning it into the casual Beau
Jack's, where people know each oth-
er and enjoy the comraderie of the
restaurant's family-type operation.

been a Detroit dining tradition, serving
Italian favorites at their best. As years
before, it is again a 7-day-a-week fa-
vorite, open Sundays, 12 noon to 8 p.m.
Lelli's has always been noted for its big
amounts of food, but it is with the times
in also offering a light side menu which
has become so very popular.
