Arlene and Ronald Licht and
David and Nina Eisenberg are
pleased to announce the engage-
ment of their children, Darcy Al-
lison Licht and Jason Harley
Eisenberg.
Darcy earned a bachelor of ed-
ucation and a master's degree in
clinical social work from the Uni-
versity of Michigan. She is em-
ployed as a school social worker
with Utica Public Schools. Jason
earned a bachelor of science de-
gree from Michigan State Uni-
versity and works in real estate
with Crosswinds Communities
in Novi. A February wedding is
planned.

Marla Ronit Weiss and Michael
Bryan Jacobs were recently mar-
ried at Congregation Shaarey
Zedek B'nai Israel Center. Rab-
bi Leonardo Bitran, of B'nai Is-
rael Center, and Cantor Howard
Glantz, of Congregation Adat
Shalom, officiated.
Marla is the daughter of Re-
becca Weiss and Elie Weiss of
Oak Park. Michael is the son of
Joan and Morton Jacobs of West
Bloomfield. Robyne Meyers was
the maid of honor and Betsy Wolf
was the matron of honor. Brides-
maids were Lauren Linovitz and
Suzanne Lipshaw, sister of the
groom. Marc Wander was the
best man. Groomsmen were Dr.
Dean Weiss, brother of the bride,
and Marc Lipshaw, brother-in-
law of the groom. Joshua Lip-
shaw was the ring bearer.
Also participating in the cer-
emony were Helen Pearlman, the
groom's grandmother, and Ben
Lubkin, the bride's uncle.
Following a honeymoon in
Hawaii, the couple reside in
Southfield.
