ried at Temple Beth El. Rabbi
Richard C. Hertz, Rabbi Daniel
B. Syme and Cantor Stephen
Dubov officiated.
Maria is the daughter of
Shelly and Peter Cooper of West
Bloomfield. Craig is the son of
Karen and Fred Singer of Hunt-
ingdon Valley, Penn.
Lisa Heller, sister of the
bride, was the matrun of hon-
or. The bride's attendants were
Amy Colton; Nancy Koplow;
Ruth Kriegel; Wendy Rubin;
Lauren Singer, sister-in-law of
the groom, and Dona Stillman.
Keith Singer, brother of the
groom, was the best man. The
groom's attendants were Mark

Friedman; Mitchell Heller,
brother-in-law of the bride; Jef-
frey Knispel; David Markowitz;
Steven Soifer and Glenn Wat-
tenmaker.
Also participating in the cer-
emony were the groom's grand-
parents, Gertrude and Abraham
Singer of Lauderhill, Fla.
Marla, a graduate of the Uni-
versity of Michigan, is a stock-
broker with Lehman Brothers
in New York. Craig, an honor's
graduate of the University of
Pennsylvania and Mount Sinai
School of Medicine, is a pediatric
resident at Mount Sinai Hospi-
tal in New York.
The couple honeymooned in
Greece and now reside in New
York City.

Kepes-Brown

Laurie Ellen Kepes and Kevin
Michael Brown were recently
married in a garden ceremony at
the home of the bride's parents,
Harriet and Larry Kepes. Kevin
is the son of Jack Brown and the
late Janet Brown. Rabbi Paul
Yedwab officiated.
Amy Kepes, sister of the bride,
was maid of honor; Kevin's father
served as best man. Also partic-

ipating in the ceremony were
Linda and Leonard Sahn, aunt
and uncle of the bride, and Karen
Cluff and Mike Brown, sister and
brother of the groom. Laurie is
the granddaughter of Arthur and
Irene Kepes and Ruth and Boyd
Carnick.
Following a honeymoon in
Maine, the couple reside in Farm-
ington.
