Tenn., Judy and Eric Spanogle
of Lansing; son and daughter-in-
law, Larry and Sheryl Kollen-
berg of Percy, Ark.; grandchil-
dren, Brandon and Breanne

was the dear brother of the late

West Bloomfield, died Dec. 15.
Mr. Neuman was a retired
Michigan State Trooper. He was

ple Beth El member.
He is survived by his mother,
Rosalind of West Bloomfield.
Mr. Neuman was the loving son
of the late Max Neuman. Inter-

Nov. 30. Mr. Palmer opened
Morey Palmer Associates in the
early 1960s, a design studio fea-
turing carpet tiles and furni-
ture accessories. For almost 30
years, Mr. Palmer set a stan-
dard in the sale of English an-
tique furniture and decorative
arts. Mr. Palmer was a member
of Temple Emmanuel in Bever-
ly Hills, Calif
He is survived by his nieces
and nephews, Karen and Renzo
Fidani, Martin and Robin Be-
gun, David and Patti Begun. In-
terment at Beth El Memorial
Park.

DAVID ROSEN, 82, of Detroit,
died Dec. 13. Mr. Rosen was an
executive and the former owner
of Third Avenue Hardware. He
was a member of the Downtown
Synagogue and an active sup-
