at Congregation Shaarey Zedek
on Dec. 7. Rabbi Irwin Groner
and Cantors Chaim Najman and
Sidney Rube will lead services.
Participating in the ceremo-
ny will be his parents, Dr. Harold
and Marlene Margolis, and his
sister Rachel. Grandparents
Bernie and Roz Tucker and Sal-
ly Margolis of Southfield and
great-grandmother Edith Tuck-
er of Philadelphia, Pa., will also
attend.
A party in David's honor will
be held at Congregation Shaarey
Zedek.
David is a student at Abbott
Middle School and attends reli-
gious school at Congregation
Shaarey Zedek. He enjoys base-
ball, soccer, acting and skate-
boarding.

called to the Torah as a bat mitz-
vah on Dec. 7, at Congregation
Shaarey Zedek. Rabbi Groner
and Cantor Najman will lead the
service.
Participating in the ceremo-
ny will be Ilyse's parents, Gail
and Robert; her brother, Greg;
and her sister, Emily. Ilyse's
grandparents, Diane and Phil
Kaplan, will be with her to cel-
ebrate her simcha. Ilyse is the
granddaughter of the late Essie
and Itzie Rosenbloom.
Ilyse is a student at Hillel Day
School. She is an artist and has
spent the last three summers at
Interlochen.
