Dear Friends:

When planning an event,
there are many components
that play a role in the success of
a party. Just as you must feel
confident with the caterer, pho-
tographer and decorator, the
"right" venue is equally impor-
tant.
I am very pleased to share
with you that Quality Kosher
Catering is now the recom-
mended kosher caterer at the
Ritz Carlton Hotel.
While Quality Kosher
Catering is fortunate and
proud to work at Shaarey
Zedek, we also are available to
cater events virtually any-
where you need us. We have
an excellent rapport with many
of the temples and synagogues
throughout metropolitan
Detroit. Additionally, Quality
Kosher Catering has been the
recommended kosher caterer
at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in
Dearborn for many years. We
have also catered distinctive
events at the Westin Hotel,
Lovett Hall and cruises down
the Detroit River.
Quality Kosher Catering
has even had the pleasure of
planning events at some very
unique venues, including the
Detroit Science Center, the
Detroit Institute of Arts,
Cranbrook Institute, The
Historical Institute, and a
prominent shopping mall in
metro Detroit. No matter

Every so often when cater-
ing events, guests will com-
ment about how they wish
they could hire Quality Kosher
Catering for their parties. I
. quire why they think
always m
they cannot work with us. The
consistent reply is "because we
don't keep kosher." You do not
have to keep kosher to hire
Quality Kosher Catering.
Keeping kosher is my way
of life based on Jewish tradi-
tion. Even if you do not keep

kosher, you will accommodate
your guests who choose to fol-
low this mitzvah by planning a
kosher event or party.
Most importantly, you
should select a caterer with
whom you are comfortable will
do an outstanding job. At
Quality Kosher Catering, we
handle each event with the
understanding that it is a
special moment in your life.
When catering in private
homes, we can easily transform
to an auxiliary

kitchen to prepare wonderful
gourmet meals. Additionally,
Quality Kosher Catering elim-

In this issue of "Kosher

Culinary Tun
Chef Michael Miller. With this
time of year filled with
Hanukkah, holiday office
parties and Super Bowl
Sunday get-togethers, Chef
Michael provides a few recipes
for you to try. To help you put
that special touch on your
gatherings of family and
friends this entertaining sea-
son, Quality Kosher Catering
features a variety of wonderful
dishes that will satisfy every-
one's taste buds. Remember,
we only have 5,000,000 taste
buds: use them wisely.
