Congregation Beit Kodesh will
host a Chanukah Party Lun-
cheon 12:15 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8,
at the synagogue. Each family
may bring a menorah; candles
will be provided.
The Sunday school students
will present a Chanukah play
and a sing-along will follow.

Second-Graders
Service Held

On Saturday, Nov. 23, Congre-
gation B'nai Moshe will hold a
participatory Shabbat Celebra-
tion for second-graders and their
families as part of the synagogues
ongoing "Tefillot Together" series.
The service begins at 10:30 a.m.
and runs for about 45 minutes.
"Tefillot Together" features
age-appropriate story-telling
songs, puppets, and prayer. Each
program in the series is for a dif-
ferent grade.
The next service will be for
fourth-grade families and will
take place on Dec. 7. All are wel-
come regardless of affiliation.

MSU Hillel
Events Set

MSU will have its final Frosh cof-
fee house of the semester, 8:30
p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, at Bean-
er's Coffee House on Grand Riv-
er Ave. Friday, Dec. 6, will be the
final Shabbat dinner of the se-
mester. Rabbi Moshe Tutnauer
of Congregation Shaarey Zedek
will be rabbi in residence for the
weekend. This will be a free
Shabbat dinner; call (517) 336-

At 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, there
will be a Chanukah party at Hil-
lel.

Reform Chavurah will go ice
skating at Yost Arena 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 23. Meet at Hil-
lel first for Havdalah.
Israeli Dancing will meet 8-10
p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, at Hillel.
The cost is $2.50.
Israel Michigan Public Affairs
Committee will host Drinks and
Discussion 8:30 p.m. Sunday,
Nov. 24, at Not Another Cafe.
