Sacks Addresses Reception Rabbi Andrew Sacks, director of the Rabbinical Assembly of Is- rael's Bureau for Religious Affairs, will provide a briefing on the latest developments of the Masorti Movement at a reception to be hosted by Michigan Jewish community leaders Doreen and David Hermelin and Dorothy and Byron Gerson. The recption will be held in the Gersons' home 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21. Rabbi Sacks has served as the resident director of Ramah Pro- grams in Israel. He also served as the administrative director of the North Jerusalem Drug Prevention and Rehabilitation Project of the Los Angeles Federation and the Jerusalem Municipality.
