He is survived by his par-

longtime friend, Craig P. Werra
of New York. He was the son of
the late Arthur Jaffin.

ment at Workmen's Circle
Cemetery, Beth Yehudah Sec-

LINDA HOFFMAN KO-
ZLOWSKI, 43, of West Bloom-
field, died Nov. 9. Mrs. Ko-
zlowski was a social worker for
the Lakewood Clinic in Birm-
ingham.
She is survived by her hus-
band, Dr. Jay Kozlowski;
daughters, Rachel, Anna; son,
David; mother, Evelyn Hoff-
man Kasle of Franklin; sisters
and brothers-in-law, Lisa Hoff-
man Shiffman and Gary Shiff-
man of West Bloomfield, Anita
Hoffman Ehrenfried and James
Brian Potter of Royal Oak;
grandmother, Helen Kanat;
mother-in-law and father-in-
law, Edith and Marvin Ko-
zlowski; sisters-in-law and
brother-in-law, Dr. Ruth Ko-
zlowski and Dr. Joseph and Jill
Kozlowski. Mrs. Kozlowski was
the beloved daughter of the late
Dr. Walter Hoffman and the
loving granddaughter of the
late Sol Kanat.
Interment at Clover Hill
Park Cemetery. Contributions

TESS RICHELSOPH, of Boca
Raton, Fla., formerly of Bridge-
port, Conn., died Nov. 5. Mrs.
Richelsoph was a registered
nurse in the Bridgeport com-
munity for over 60 years. She
was a graduate of the Bridge-
port Hospital School of Nursing
and a volunteer for the Red
Cross. She was a past president
of the Abraham Chapter of
B'nai Brith, a life member of
Hadassah and a member of
Congregation Shaare
Torah/Adath Israel.
Mrs. Richelsoph is survived
by her children, Marvin and Ju-
dith Rich of West Bloomfield,
Carl and Cynthia Richelsoph
Tishler of Boynton Beach, Fla;
sister and brother-in-law,
Daniel and Faye Zwirn August
of Boca Raton, Fla.; grandchil-
dren, Lauren Tishler Mindlin,
