ried, are invited to the Young
Adult Division's pre-Thanksgiv-
ing party 7:30 p.m., Wednesday,
Nov. 27, at U.S. Blades and
Laser World, 5700 Drake, West
Bloomfield.
The evening will include .mu-
sic, dancing, lasertag,'skating
and other sports activities. There
will be a D.J., cash bar and
munchies. Jewish young adults
post-college age to 35 are invit-
ed.
Admission is $12 in advance,
$15 at the door. Paid reserva-
tions are due by Nov. 22. Checks

Jewish Federation of Metropol-

ty Centre will present "A Week-
end to Remember" to celebrate its
Renaissance '96 project. A Dedi-
cation Gala is planned for 7 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 23. This event in-
cludes a live band, cocktails and

Machon L'Torah, the Jewish
Learning Network of Michigan,
will hold its six-week fall semes-
ter of JudaiCollege educational
program 7:15 p.m. Wednesday,
Nov. 20 at Machon. Rabbi Avra-
ham Jacobovitz will lecture on
"Six Short Steps To Basic Ju-
daism." Rabbi Steven Ettinger
will speak on Jewish ethics. At
8:15 p.m., Rabbi Naftoli Kirzner
will lecture on the weekly Torah
