Force will remember Kristall-
nacht (the night of broken glass)
with a memorial service 6 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 9, at Congrega-
tion Beth Israel.
The service will begin with
minyan and Havadalah followed
by the candlelight memorial ser-
vice. Light refreshments will fol-
low.

WSU Offering
Hebrew Classes
Wayne State University is of-
fering several Hebrew classes
this winter, including a class at
its Oakland Extension Center at
12 Mile and Farmington roads.
The suburban class, to be of-
fered 4:30-7:15 p.m. on Tues-
days, will be "Cultural Trends
in Modern Hebrew Literature."
The class will be taught in Eng-
lish by Professor Edith Coven-
sky.

WSU include beginning and in-
termediate Hebrew and direct-
