He has served as the principal of West Bloomfield High School and is the deputy superinten- dent in the West Bloomfield school district. Sandi Faber received a mas- ter of science degree in educa- tional administration from Wayne State University and master of arts degree in coun- seling from Oakland Universi- ty. She has been a classroom teacher, a special educator, counselor and school adminis- trator. She is a licensed profes- sional counselor with the State of Michigan and is the principal of University Hills Elementary School in the Rochester Com- munity schools. Professor Greenberg has writ- ten extensively on Orthodoxy and the Holocaust and has lec- tured in Israel, Germany, Eng- land and the U.S. He was the recipient of the Skirball and Co- lumbia University's President's Fellowships, and was honored by the National Foundation for Jewish Culture. At 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, at the JPM JCC, Professor Greenberg will discuss "Spiri- tuality and Rebirth: The Revival of Orthodox Religious Thought in the D.P. [Displaced Persons] Camps."
