SEPT. 5—Dr. Avery and Amy
(Liss) Milberger welcome with love
the birth of twins, son Noah Isaac
(Noah Hershel), and daughter
Kyla Rachel (Adeena Rachel).
Waiting to share toys are twin
brothers Justin and Alex„ age 20
months. Joyful grandparents are
Barbara and Mickey Milberger
and Robert Liss of West Bloom-
field and Carol Walkon of Bloom-
field Hills. Noah is named in lov-
ing memory of his paternal
grandfather, Harold Schiff. Kyla
is named in loving memory of her
paternal grandmother, Adeline
Fremland.

SEPT. 4—Alisa Rautbort Bayer
and Albert Bayer are thrilled to
announce the birth of their daugh-
ter, Alexandra Rautbort Bayer.
Adoring big brothers are Joshua
(age 7) and Zachary (age 4). Proud
grandparents are Sanford and
Leba Rautbort of West Bloomfield,
Joan and Carl Scott of West
Bloomfield and Albert Bayer of
Troy. Sharing in their happiness
are great-grandmothers Edythe
Cutler and Katie Lipshaw, both
of Southfield. Alexandra (Rivka
Leah) is named in loving memory
of her maternal aunt, Betty Yak-
er, and her maternal great-grand-
mother, Lena Lieberman.

Mark Rozenberg proudly an-
