Andover High School, has had
his award-winning political car-
toon published in Editorial Car-
toons By Kids 1996, Zino Press.
Mr. Katz, whose cartoon took sec-
ond place honors in the interme-
diate division of the eighth
annual contest sponsored by
News Currents and Zino Press,
was awarded a $75 bond for the
cartoon, a commentary on the
Republican primary race, which
he drew last spring while at-
tending West Hills Middle School
in West Bloomfield.
