Being an industrialist, Bill Mo-
ceri was constantly entertaining

how so many of them love to play
golf but can't find the time to en-
joy complete courses.
And thus came about the birth
of the Short Game and Bistro 313
Restaurant on Walton Boulevard
in the northern sector of Pontiac,
between Baldwin and Joslyn ... a
fast-growing area at the city's ex-
treme north end.
Bill owns 11 acres of precious
land in a region that the big boys
have discovered and are begin-
ning to build shopping malls ...
The time isn't far off when this
will be a bustling sector.
In 1994, he took 41/2 acres and
